BRISTOL, Tenn. -- The Mary Baldwin Univeristy women's tennis team traveled south for a nonconference contest with Emory & Henry on Friday afternoon.

The match was orignially scheduled for earlier this season, but was moved due to poor weather conditions. In the rescheduled match-up, the two teams played indoors at the Britol Racquet Club in Britol, Tennessee, with the Wasps coming out on top, 9-0.

For the Fighting Squirrels, the final conference match of the year was scheduled to be tomorrow at home against Meredith, but due to inclement weather in the forecast, this has been cancelled. Mary Baldwin will return to action to finish out the season with a home contest against Ferrum on April 24 at 3 pm.
