The Mary Baldwin women's cross country team was picked fourth and the men's team was sixth in the USA South pre-championship meet polls released Tuesday. The championship meets will be staged Saturday on the campus of N.C. Wesleyan.

The women were picked fourth out of eight teams that will compete for the title. The men were picked sixth out of seven teams.

The women's 6K race will begin Saturday at 10:00 a.m., followed by the men's 8K event at 11:00 a.m.
